Christina "Krea" Gomez

Christina “Krea” Gomez is a native of the San Francisco Bay Area. Gomez attended Fresno State University and has spent the last fourteen years advocating for young women in the criminal and juvenile justice system, homeless families and queer youth of color. She has advocated for employment training programs for youth and fought to salvage much needed subsidized housing for homeless families and immigrants in San Francisco resulting in the creation of the first ever local housing subsidies for undocumented families. She created the Homeless Education Program, which served over 200 homeless children a year providing advocacy, school uniforms and supplies to indigent youth.
